  • Come on Army 68P, what gives? Why the animosity towards the nursing staff and their salaries and their education? I respect Radiology technologists,Physical Therapists,Patient Care technicians,Respiratory therapists,etc.

  • Well, I've been an R.N. for twelve years and I've been assaulted many times: hit,kicked,groped,etc. Unfortunately I have to be physically close to many kinds of patients-dementia sufferers,psychotic patients,angry patients,etc.

  • I may be in the minority here but I think the kid shouldn't have been in the control tower. I think children can be distracting and disruptive-not intentionally just that's their nature. They spill things, they touch things they shouldn't, they ask endless questions,etc.

  • Our family of three went to Washington D.C. for a week four years ago-the agressive screening of my six year old son by the TSA agent at Dulles Airport on the way home was unbelieveable.

  • I've got a suggestion-let's give this punk some justice with southern flair-how bout dropping him onto a gigantic fire ant mound and then throwing his sorry carcass to some hungry alligators. I think letting the family of the victims whooping up on him before then would be appropriate.

  • Hope the authorities in California treat this as murder-where I live the guy who drove his maserati through a home and killed a man got off without ANY jail time. 99% of us living here are foaming at the mouth over this. My condolences to the friends and family of the victims.

  • I live in SC-in fact less than 40 miles from the home where this happened. I shudder when1) I think of living in a home infested with cockroaches 2)this being the only place I had to live and 3) being 25 years old and not realizing how powerful inseciticides are.

  • I don't understand why the headline from this story leads a reader to believe they are talking about a 13 or 14 year old?!! This was a 19 year old woman-an adult! Nowhere does it say she had a developmental disorder-but concealing a pregnancy nine stinking months and then calling 911 afterwards …
